Register today for the annual Architecture of High Value Health Care Conference. Sponsored by the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, the conference shares leading practices and provides immersive skill-building experiences regarding value-based care. The conference is designed to broadly disseminate successful initiatives from medical centers across the country and improve health care quality and safety while reducing costs. Participants can receive continuing medical education credits and maintenance of certification points.

About the High Value Practice Academic Alliance

HVPAA, representing more than 90 academic medical institutions and 30 medical specialties/subspecialties, was founded in 2016 by faculty at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine to serve as a national forum for academic institutions to collaborate on quality improvement, education and research related to high-value care, and engage trainees in this work.

Credit Designation Statements

The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 18.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Other Credits

American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Program accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME.

American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME.

National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) PAs may claim a maximum of 18.25 Category 1 credits for completing this activity. NCCPA accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society.

MOC Statement

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 12.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
